Dior Couture entrusted us with organizing this event to develop customer loyalty and promote its latest collection.
We were in charge of setting up and scenescaping a circus tent on the St. Tropez Polo Club grounds.
Dinner, fashion show, concert, circus acts, a host of performances which enchanted the guests.
A haute-couture-styled event: nothing was left to chance, everything was worked on in the minutest detail. And the magic reigned supreme...
• Creating the brief, analysing needs
• Technical scouting with service providers
• Providing artistic advice for Dior-style scenescaping a circus tent
• Overall event organization
• Hiring and managing the teams (ushers / hosts/hostesses, make-up artists, hairdressers, manicurists, cleaning crew, decorators, etc.)
